Noel joined McHugh Engineering in August of 2025 as a Plumbing Coordinator. When asked what some of the highlights of working at McHugh Engineering Associates were, Noel replied: “My favorite aspect of working at MEA is the continuous learning opportunities, which allow for both personal and professional growth. I also deeply appreciate the patience and compassion demonstrated by my teammates, who are some of the most supportive and collaborative individuals I’ve had the privilege to work with”.

When Noel is not in the McHugh Engineering office he can be found playing basketball and or working on cars.

Noel’s favorite food is French fries! We asked what he preferred Beach, Mountain or Lake view and Noel responded “beach view”.

His favorite movie in the Rocky franchise is Rocky III.

Noel says he see the glass as half empty.
