After graduating from Penn State University with a BSEE degree, Brian joined our team as an Electrical Designer in 1997 and worked his way up to leadership, when he went into partnership with Mike Witkowski and Steve Griet, and became Vice President, Director of Electrical Engineering in 2013. He has professional license in NJ, PA, FL, OH, VA, DC, RI and is a member of IEEE, IES, PSPE & NSPE. One of Brian’s McHugh highlights was being given the opportunity from founder, Joe McHugh, to lead a great group of people.

While not in the office, Brian spends time with his wife and three boys (and all their activities). He also is actively involved in St. Helena Council #14210 of the Knights of Columbus, sings in church choir, and likes to spend time golfing. His favorite food is favored by his sweet tooth, so he enjoys about any bakery item, and his favorite vacation spot is a yearly family vacation to Deep Creek Lake, MD, where they enjoy lake activities and mountain views.
