Redesign of a new two-story township municipal building. McHugh Engineering provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection design for the police station, offices for township staff, and public meeting space. 

HVAC system is a water-cooled heat pump system with energy recovery ventilation system. Electrical system designed with 350 kW emergency generator back-up of critical and life safety systems. The building was fully sprinklered.
