An affordable housing complex consisting of new construction of a 3-story residential building, along with the renovation of the previously existing cathedral and associated Dean’s House. McHugh Engineering provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection design for living units, community building, computer room, exercise room, offices, and laundry room.

Our engineering design highlights include kitchen hood exhaust/make-up air gas fired systems, perimeter electric heaters, solar thermal centralized domestic hot water system, diesel/gas fired emergency/stand-by generator, and standpipes.
