This new construction family rental community consists of two multi-family 4-story affordable apartment buildings (172 units). McHugh Engineering provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection design for residence units, laundry, community room, fitness room, healthcare suite, and offices. 

Our engineering design highlights include high efficiency gas fired split systems, ductless split systems, gas fired emergency/stand-by generator. We designed our services for Energy Star and New Jersey Housing Authority.
