This is a new construction of a 175 unit, 3-story assisted living facility. McHugh Engineering provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection design for the commercial kitchen, living units, memory care units, personal care, multi-purpose, pub, kitchen, dining, office area, laundry, rehab, library, and lounges.

Our engineering design highlights include variable refrigerant flow systems, energy recovery units, domestic water heating system, gas piping distribution system, lighting, diesel-fired emergency generator, high voltage power distribution, and fire protection system (performance specification).
