Conversion of a former historical public school to a three story apartment building (53 apartments: 35 in existing structure, 18 in new addition).

This historic preservation included design systems such as individual gas fired split systems, central hot water, new electrical service, generator, Energy Star Tier 1, NJHMFA Green Program, new fire alarm, new plumbing, new lighting.
