This new construction project consisted of two 4-story apartment buildings, clubhouse, and outdoor pool. McHugh Engineering provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection design for apartments, corridors, parking garages, office, gathering room, conference room, mail room, rest rooms, and pool pump house. 

Our engineering design highlights include gas fired packaged thru-wall units, parking garage ventilation system, gas fired stand-by generator, grey water system, solar/photovoltaic, fire protection system (performance specification).
