This new construction retail site included 7 multi-tenant stores shell & core, a separate Michaels store shell & core/fit out, Whole Food shell & core, Dicks Sporting Goods shell & core, Nordstrom Rack shell & core, and Star Bucks shell & core. The project also included several fit outs including a Xfinity store, Spa, Hallmark store, Harvest Grill, PLCB store, Club Pilates, and Ulta.  

Our engineering design highlights include gas fired packaged rooftop units, kitchen hood exhaust/make-up air, perimeter electric heaters, addressable fire alarm system, low voltage systems power, fire protection system (performance specification), dry pipe sprinkler system.
