This newly designed and renovated 4-story building is a hub of energy, activity, and fellowship for the campus community. McHugh Engineering provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection design for offices, class and seminar rooms, a dining court and catering kitchen, a fitness center, a multi-purpose room, bookstore, cafe, and common areas.

Our engineering design highlights include gas fired high efficiency packaged rooftop (VAV) units, Building Automation System, high efficiency gas fired split systems, diesel fired emergency/stand-by generator, standpipes, fire pump, and Due Diligence Reports.
