This new construction consists of an outdoor pool facility and café. McHugh Engineering provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design for the commercial kitchen, outdoor pool, pool equipment room, restrooms, commercial laundry, and spot lighting.

Our engineering highlights include kitchen hood exhaust/make-up air high efficiency gas fired systems, split system heat pump, gas fired water heater, exit/emergency lighting, addressable fire alarm system, and low voltage systems power.
