This was a renovation/addition of an existing Porsche car dealership. McHugh Engineering provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection design for showroom expansion, offices, conference room, service bays, and lounge area. 
Our engineering design highlights include gas fired high efficiency packaged rooftop (VAV) units, ductless split systems, perimeter electric heaters, carbon monoxide detection system, addressable fire alarm system, low voltage systems (raceway only), and fire protection system (performance specification).
