New construction of a 5-story apartment complex consisting of a new 270 units over a parking garage. McHugh Engineering provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection design for residence units, amenity centers, and offices. 

Our engineering design highlights include energy recovery system, split systems heat pump, emergency/stand-by generator, and gas piping distribution system.
