This was a renovation of a run-down building. McHugh Engineering moved their office from a multi-tenant building environment to a small-town urban environment.  

The building revitalization included an energy analysis, selected cost-effective systems, utilized all LED lighting fixtures, low flow plumbing fixtures, high efficiency HVAC systems, and provided the ability for natural ventilation, ample daylighting, and connectivity to their surrounding community. The building has earned EPA’s ENERGY STAR Certification

The Ambler office has been recertified to LEED Gold. Since occupancy each year, the building has produced 20% less CO2 emissions, then a typical Energy Star office building.
