New construction of medical office space. McHugh Engineering provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection design for waiting room, reception, offices, procedure rooms, exam rooms, patient follow-up, ultrasound room, break room, clean/soiled utility, nurses’ station, locker rooms, toilet rooms, and conference room. 

Our engineering design highlights include gas fired VAV system (rooftop AHU), vacuum, sprinkler system, domestic water, sanitary, gas fired emergency/stand-by generator, power distribution system, low voltage systems power.
