This new construction family rental community consists of two multi-family 5-story affordable apartment buildings (96 units). McHugh Engineering provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection design for mechanical rooms, electric rooms, shared spaces, shared dining space with building and community leased space, community room and resident apartments.  

Our engineering design highlights includes a small isolated energy recovery systems, duct split system heat pump, exhaust air systems, sewage ejection system, domestic water booster system, lighting, diesel/gas fired emergency/stand-by generator, power distribution system, solar/photovoltaic.
