We were a part of this four-story renovation of a commercial building. McHugh Engineering provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design for classrooms, multipurpose room, offices, commercial kitchen, and restrooms. 

Our engineering design highlights include gas fired packaged rooftop (VAV) units, gas fired high efficiency heating hot water boilers, building automation system, ductless split systems, domestic water heating system, lighting upgrades, lighting controls, exit/emergency lighting, addressable fire alarm system modifications.
