Set at the center of The Haverford School campus, the Middle School was demolished and redesigned for traditional and active project-based learning spaces. McHugh Engineering provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection design for science classrooms, classrooms, learning commons, offices, and Green Roof learning space.

Our engineering design highlights include gas fired high efficiency packaged rooftop VAV units with energy recovery, Building Automation System, perimeter electric heaters, bench exhaust systems for soldering and 3D printing, diesel/gas fired emergency/stand-by generator.
