Building consists of a two-story showroom with an atrium opening from the upper level to the lower level. The building has sales offices, accounting department, new car delivery orientation space, lobby, service drive-thru, parts storage, 45 service bays and car wash. 

Radiant heat and DX air-conditioning in-service bays. Underfloor radiant heat in showroom.  Also designed compressed air, supply oil, waste oil, transmission fluid, windshield washer fluid, coolant, vehicle exhaust, carbon monoxide monitoring, systems and programming bays, power distribution systems, emergency generator and lighting.
