Bryn Mawr Trust’s local bank branch building consists of a lounge and offices in mezzanine area. Design services for the facility include M/P/E/FP. The mechanical design includes ductless split system for the ATM area and direct expansion heat pump split systems with electric resistance supplemental for the other areas of the facility including the night lobby. The fire protection systems incorporate a FM200 system for the vault room. Electrical design includes circuiting of lighting system, power distribution and fire alarm system.
