Consisting of 57 high efficiency homes on several lots surrounding demolished apartment buildings, McHugh Engineering provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection design for townhomes, community spaces and management offices.

Our engineering design highlights include mechanical systems utilizing high efficient split system heat pumps and whole house ventilation systems in compliance with ASHRAE 62.2. The plumbing systems utilize individual electric water heaters and low flow fixtures. Electrical systems include individual metered units and security systems for the site.  Fire protection systems utilize NFPA-13D and 13R building requirements.
