Renovation of the central facilities amenity spaces including the café, seating area, monumental stairs, library lounge, and restroom spaces. The project also included a future renovation to the natatorium. 

Design services included mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection. The mechanical systems included new fan powered VAV boxes with hot water coils, new packaged rooftop units for the café and fitness area. Plumbing design incorporated new fixtures in renovated areas, new indirect waste drainage systems from café fixtures and modified the gas piping system to the new cooking appliances and HVAC equipment. Electrical system design included new power, lighting, and fire alarm throughout the project area. The lighting fixture selections featured LED fixtures for most of the lighting package.
