We worked in conjunction with Project Home and the Chinatown ACDC to design the systems for a new construction nine story high rise building. McHugh Engineering provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection design for 94 studio apartments, community room, library, computer room and offices.
The project was designed to achieve LEED Silver and Energy Star Multi Family High Rise. Along with our design services, we performed the energy model for both rating agency submissions.
