This new construction mixed-use building consists of a 4-story space for retail and a restaurant on the ground floor and office spaces above. McHugh Engineering provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection design offices, fire pump room, central toilet room, janitor closet, and electrical rooms. 

Our engineering design highlights include gas fired high efficiency packaged rooftop (VAV) units, basement dehumidification system, perimeter electric heaters, and electric water heaters.
