Project Home
Permanent Supportive Housing Residence
We are excited and honored to have worked with Project Home on this historical building. We are grateful for this continued relationship. “Fun fact, this is the second time MEA renovated the building for Project Home”.
Kate’s place is a registered historical building located at 1929 Sansom Street in Philadelphia, PA. This is Project Home’s largest residence.
Kate’s Place is a permanent supportive housing residence for adults who have experienced homelessness or are at risk of homelessness. The residence also provides subsidized and affordable apartments in the heart of Center City Philadelphia for low- to moderate-income individuals.
Some MEA design highlights include central dupe temp system with fan coil units and hi rise fan coil units, stair pressurization, penthouse boilers, emergency generator, fire pump, and domestic water booster pump system, lighting, exit/emergency lighting, duplex oil pumping system, laundry dryer venting system, fire alarm, and wet/dry sprinkler system.
We are proud to share some of our photographs of this current/completed project.
