Meet Nathaniel Haye, our new Co-op team member. Nathaniel is currently a sophomore at Drexel University and plans to graduate in 2025. He supports our design teams with various tasks including load calculations and ductwork layouts. The co-op program is a great opportunity for us to receive the extra support, and for the industry to attract young new talent.
We asked Nathaniel a handful of questions to get to know him better. We are happy to have him part of the team and wish him the best of luck as he finishes school and works towards his future goals.
What school do you go to and when do you graduate?
I go to Drexel University and I plan to graduate in the year June 2025. I am currently studying Mechanical Engineer Technology.
Why are you majoring in Engineering?
I love the idea of making an impact on the world. I enjoy building with my hands small projects or even fixing something. I would love to see how something that I designed being implemented in the future.
What are your future plans in Engineering?
I would like to be a part of manufacturing team or a part of a commission team helping design HVAC, plumbing or even fire protection one day.
What do you like to do outside of school and work?
I love to travel and experience new things. I try to stay fit all the time so once a week I would swim and shoot hoops. I also like to socialize with my friends and love hearing about their experiences.
