A display board set up for a groundbreaking ceremony shows an aerial view of the now-demolished Westbrook Village public housing complex. Phase one and two of a seven phase housing development have been completed to replace Westbrook.

PROJECT UPDATE: Exciting news to share! One of our projects, Village at Park River, in Hartford, CT is #phius 2015 certified. Phases 2 of 7 are complete. We are proud to be a part of a great project in redeveloping former public housing. In addition to the residential component, there will be approximately 80,000 square feet of new office and retail space, bike paths, community gardens and playgrounds, a community building with fitness center and a meeting space, and a central park.
