This is a multifamily building development of 89 new and renovated affordable townhomes and a new community center. McHugh Engineering provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection design for bedrooms, living areas, commercial kitchen, game room, offices, and gathering area.
Our engineering design highlights include kitchen hood exhaust/make-up air systems, high efficiency gas fired split systems, domestic water heating system, gas piping distribution system, addressable fire alarm system, low voltage systems power, fire protection system (performance specification). We designed our services for Energy Star.
