Provided designs of mechanical and electrical systems for a new Township Municipal Building. Building included facilities for Township departments including administration, code enforcement and police. Police department included offices, cells, evidence room, patrol rooms, dispatch and sally port. HVAC system is a water cooled heat pump system with energy recovery ventilation system. Electrical system designed with 350 kW emergency generator back-up of critical and life safety systems. Building was fully sprinklered.
