Mechanical, plumbing, electrical and fire protection Phase I and II design services for rehabilitation of 1927 historic hospital to be converted into low income senior housing. Phase I and II Wing to include one/two bedroom apartments, laundry facilities, offices, trash room, conference rooms, and support spaces. Designs to be Energy Star, Green Communities and LEED. Services include central systems’ designs for future phases, water source heat pump system, exhaust air system, individual electric metering, individual electric water metering, lighting controls, exit/emergency lighting, fire alarm, power distribution low flow plumbing fixtures, fire protection, standpipe systems, and plumbing systems.
