This project was a renovation of a 6-story, 50-unit multi-family dwelling. McHugh Engineering provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection design for living units, common areas, and management offices
Our engineering design highlights include VRF system, ductless split systems, perimeter electric heaters, power distribution system, addressable fire alarm system, and fire protection system (performance specification). We designed our services for Energy Star and Delaware State Housing Authority.
