This new construction three-story retirement community consists of independent living, assisted living and memory care (132 units). McHugh Engineering provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection design for commercial kitchen, living units, pub, library, game rooms, and laundry.
Our engineering design highlights include kitchen hood exhaust/make-up air high efficiency gas fired systems, VRF system, emergency generator, power distribution system, high voltage power distribution, low voltage systems power, fire protection system (performance specification), standpipes, fire pump, dry pipe sprinkler system.
