Renovation of existing four bay facility with new two bay engine, one bay EMT and bunk area addition. Services to include MPE designs, electric, new lighting to include work to existing engine bay and lighting and power in new addition. Battery powered emergency lighting, provide new 400 Amp electric service, back feed existing panels. Provide new 125 kW diesel generator for building back-up power. Mechanical work included new ductless split system for Audio Room. Relocate existing split system, HVAC in new addition, plumbing work to include relocation of existing laundry equipment and new toilet rooms for bunk area with (4) bunk rooms, engine bay trench draw system with oil interceptor, engine facility to be sprinklered (fire pump required).
