Building included showroom, parts storage, service bays, drive thru area, new car delivery, accounting office space, sales office, and car wash. HVAC consisted of package rooftop units, exhaust fans, smoke evacuation, and infrared heat. Plumbing included oil and service piping for each bay, grey water storage, and oil interceptor. Electrical included high finish lighting, power for all shop equipment, and generator.
