This was a renovation of a 2-story Philadelphia community center. McHugh Engineering provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection design for new office configurations, new egress corridors and stairs, dance studio, fitness, and classroom modifications.
Our engineering design highlights include energy recovery system, integration with the existing building automation system, perimeter electric heaters, addressable fire alarm system, low voltage systems power, fire protection system (performance specification).
