Engineering services to provide mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection designs to renovate two existing four story, 130,000 square foot office buildings and provide designs for a 40,000 square foot addition to integrate both buildings and create a single 300,000 square foot office building. Building spaces include lower level open air indoor parking garage, fitness, conference center, provisions for future food establishment, central toilet rooms, open tenant spaces, and support spaces. Designs include rooftop VAV systems, high voltage service/distribution, power distribution, lighting, lighting controls. Building automation system, domestic water distribution system, sanitary/vent systems, wet stacks, fire alarm system, provisions for future tenant sub-metering, MPE provisions for future tenant fit-outs, and modifications to existing fire protection system.
