Renovation and office fit-out of existing 84,200 sq. ft. three story office building for new corporate headquarters. Work includes modification to existing HVAC equipment, and plumbing. Electric work includes new lighting throughout all floors, new power distribution utilizing existing electric panels and modifications of existing fire alarm system. Plumbing work includes the addition of a few sinks in coffee areas and modifications to existing Cafeteria area. Telephone/data rooms and data center work completed by Bala Engineering, coordinate electric requirements.
