Design for new dealership including showroom, offices, conference rooms, 44 service bays. Systems included DX cooling/heating units, infrared heat for the service bays, oil interceptor, compressed air system, vehicle exhaust, service oil piping, specialty lighting for the showroom and sprinkler system. Fabric ductwork was utilized for service bays.
