We worked in conjunction with Project Home and the Chinatown ACDC to design the systems for a new construction nine story high rise building that features ninety four studio apartments, community room, Library, computer room and offices.  The project was designed to achieve LEED Silver and Energy Star Multi Family High Rise.  Design services included M/P/E/FP.  Additionally, McHugh Engineering Associates performed the energy model for both rating agency submissions.
